This project focused on designing a bold and engaging website for MBank as part of a reBrand design system project. The primary objective was to create high-impact, "catchy" pages that capture customer attention while modernizing the bank's digital presence to align with new project goals.

How did I start

What I do

My Role: I served as a UX/UI designer focusing on research, high-fidelity design, and wireframing to improve navigation mapping.

My Process: My approach involved conducting secondary research and iterating on designs based on feedback to ensure the final interface met the project's strategic objectives.

The Problem

The legacy website featured a complicated user experience and limited information showcase, making it difficult for customers to navigate services. A cluttered interface with excessive elements further hindered usability and prevented the bank from introducing products effectively.

The Solution

We reorganized the bank's services into simplified sections and subtabs, using vibrant "pop" colors and images to create a trustworthy yet modern feel. By highlighting key features directly on the homepage and simplifying product descriptions, we ensured a straightforward user journey that avoids overwhelming the visitor.

What I found

The design process

The design process prioritized information architecture to address the limitations of the previous site. We mapped out a detailed version of the site structure to better showcase bank products, specifically focusing on splitting dense information into digestible subtabs. The team worked to group services logically, simplifying the search process and ensuring all critical bank features were accessible directly from the homepage.

The final design

The final product is a cleaner, simplified design system and template that adheres strictly to the updated brand style guide. Developed through rigorous wireframing and prototyping, the new website ensures high visual consistency and clarity across all screen sizes, providing a professional and user-friendly experience.
