How did I start
What I do
My Role: I was responsible for research, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and animation to ensure the interface aligned with the project’s AI goals.
My Process: My approach included conducting secondary research, iterating on designs based on feedback, and performing user testing to emphasize and solve specific user problems.
The Problem
The design for the Kiosk needs to be colorful and the color scheme, it also has to work with HDBank's primary color. There also have to consider the side of each element to make everything not too small or big when appearing in the Kiosk. As the team's first AI-integrated project, we also had to determine how UI elements would visually appear and interact with the robot's internal system.

The Solution
After multiple user testing the final product is user-friendly and colorful to welcome and attract all guests to the main entrance of HDbank. The robot artificial intelligence recognized the guest's voice and acted as a receptionist, and entertainer, and displayed other events in the company.

What I found
The design process
The design process centered on creating a clear mind map to align the UI with the robot's AI capabilities. We focused heavily on wireframing and prototyping to ensure that interaction elements were sized correctly for a kiosk environment, avoiding elements that were too small or too large. Following an internal testing phase, we updated the wireframes to streamline the experience, specifically refining the vibrancy and ease of interaction for a high-profile launch at the company’s New Year party.
The final design
The final result is a refined, streamlined prototyping system featuring easy-to-interact elements that fit seamlessly into HDBank's established design language. By balancing colorful, vibrant aesthetics with professional banking standards, the kiosk provides a welcoming and futuristic first impression for all guests entering the building.
